Kevin Hayashida is the Lead Pastor. Since he's been with Crossroads from Day One, he's had the vantage point to see God work in incredible ways.  From our first humble days meeting in a small home to today, he's seen God change many lives, seen people mature in faith, and seen how we all have the precious opportunity to impact our world with the good news of Jesus Christ.  You may or may not be interested to know that he loves coffee, golf, sushi, reading, and his family...not necessarily in that order.  Contact Kevin

 

Randy Fung is the Associate Pastor. There's always great things going on here at Crossroads, and he gets to participate in almost all of it. He works with small groups, men's ministry, special projects, and administration. Randy especially enjoys seeing people realize their unique worth and gifts in the Lord. He also likes building things, basketball, hamburgers, iced coffee and Lillian's mochi.  Contact Randy

 
Greg Landgraf is our Director of GAS (Youth) & Discoveryland (Children) Ministries.  Greg joined the staff in October of 2009.  His ministry responsibilities include our youngest children to high school seniors.  Never quite growing up himself, he loves encouraging children and youth in their spiritual journey,  and is not afraid to get a little messy in the process.  He is passionate about his family, music, coffee, volleyball, and VW's. Wendy Cheung is the Facilities Manager. She's here to help keep our building and grounds well maintained by coordinating the right people to do the job, whether it’s our awesome maintenance ministry team, other unsuspecting volunteers or outside vendors.  Wendy can also be found reveling in the company of hip first graders during Discoveryland, having fun with the Women's Ministry, hanging out with the Faithkeepers girl's group...or maybe just munching snacks at the snack table on Sundays.
